• ​​​After working in banking for 19 years, I started Bliss Travel Experiences in September 2014.  It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made – helping people to best utilize their well-deserved free time to have the ultimate vacation experience.  I take advantage of multiple learning opportunities myself, as I love to travel.  I believe that experiencing different destinations helps me understand what will work best for my clients – and since I can’t be everywhere, I have destination specialists help me as well!
• I love to incorporate concerts and sporting events into travel experiences.  Bliss clients have seen Coldplay in Zurich, the Women’s World Cup in France and U2 in Dublin.  Foodie clients have had chefs do cooking classes at their Tuscan villa, and wine-lovers have traveled on Bordeaux river cruises to find that perfect Grand Cru.
• My biggest compliment is getting a referral or repeat client, and the reviews my clients send truly make all of the work worthwhile.  I’ve built my business this way and do very little outside marketing.  Most of my clients are connected in some way to other clients – to me this is the best way to know that I’m providing true value that is appreciated.
• Bliss is an Independent affiliate of the Gifted Travel Network, a Virtuoso member agency.  Virtuoso is the leading global network of agencies specializing in luxury and experiential travel, with more than 20,000 advisors.  
• I have been a part of the Top Producers/Chairman’s Club within my host agency since 2016.  Bliss was in the Top 10 agencies with Gifted Travel Network (#3 overall) in 2022. 
• I have been selected to attend ILTM Cannes luxury travel global meeting in December 2023, 2022 and 2019.
• In 2018, I was nominated and was a finalist for Signature Travel Network’s Michelle Morgan award, sincerely the most touching experience I’ve had since starting Bliss.  
• I previously served on the Signature Travel Network Hotel Committee, helping to curate and expand our relationships with more than 1100 luxury hotels worldwide.

• My favorite travel destination in the world is Italy.  Followed closely by Greece, Hawaii and pretty much any island with a great beach.
• People were shocked when I left banking to start my own business. It’s not a risk that “someone like me” would typically take – I had worked at the same bank for 14 years!  There is a saying that "life exists just outside your comfort zone" - and it's true.
• I don’t drink coffee in the morning.  I start each day with a Diet Coke.
• The biggest “wow factors” I have ever experienced in travel are Machu Picchu (Peru) and the Angkor Wat complex (Cambodia).  
• Best overall travel activities/experiences I have had are hiking the Cinque Terre, ziplining in Maui with my daughters, seeing U2 in Athens and New York and a recent zipline/bike ride through the Flam Valley in Norway.
• I’m a reality tv junkie.  And seeing the cast trips on the Bachelor, Real Housewives, etc. is always fun because I know all of the hotels where they are staying!  
• My favorite hotel in the world is the Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.  They had me at the first meal and then the butler service, private plunge pool, personal bike to get around the property and incredible spa haven’t yet been matched by any other!
